Cinzia Spatafora
She is an event planner and a hospitality manager working from more than 20 years in tourism. She is currently working as a teacher and as a consultant for hospitality businesses all around Tuscany. The deep knowledge of this sector, together with professional studies at Florence University, gave Cinzia the possibility to play successfully different roles in the touristic market with several clients from all over the world.

Wedding Planning & Event Management
The goal of this course is to develop a full set of skills for weddings and events planning. It is divided into different units starting from Italian culture and moving on to planning, budgeting, negotiating with vendors, etc. During the class students will be introduced to local traditions and make visits to local vendors. At the end of the course students will possess all the tools necessary for becoming a wedding and events professional.
